1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Jewels Culture ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue using our website and services.

2. Diamond & Precious Metal Certification

All diamond jewellery offered by Jewels Culture adheres strictly to international gemological and Indian statutory hallmarking standards:

• Lab-Grown Diamonds: Each creation features 100% genuine lab-grown diamonds (Type IIa purity) that are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. Solitaires above 0.30 Ct come accompanied by an independent gemological grading report issued by accredited laboratories such as IGI (International Gemological Institute) or GLI.
• BIS Hallmarked Gold: All gold settings are forged in genuine 14K (585 purity) or 18K (750 purity) solid gold bearing statutory Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Hallmarks with laser-inscribed HUID numbers.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly noted. International transactions processed via Payoneer are settled in equivalent USD/EUR/GBP according to real-time bank conversion rates.

We accept payment via:

• Razorpay: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), Net Banking, and verified wallets.
• Payoneer: International credit/debit card processing and Payoneer account balance transfers.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on eligible pin codes across India for select order values.

4. Order Acceptance & Customization

Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Jewels Culture reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline it due to material unavailability, pricing errors, or fraud alerts. Custom engraved rings and bespoke pieces enter production only upon complete authorization.

5. Insured Shipping & Delivery

Every piece leaves our atelier in tamper-proof security packaging with comprehensive transit insurance. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon physical receipt and verification of the intact package at your delivery address.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site—including designs, photography, brand logos, copy, audio/video clips, and code—is the property of Jewels Culture and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram / Delhi, India.
