Returns, Exchanges & Buyback

1. 15-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to be enchanted by your Jewels Culture piece. If for any reason your piece does not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return within 15 days of delivery for a 100% full refund.

To qualify for a return:

• The piece must be in pristine, unworn, original condition with no scratches, resizing, or alterations.
• All original security tags, presentation packaging, and velvet boxes must remain intact.
• The original physical IGI / GLI Gemological Certificate must be returned in full. (A nominal re-certification fee of ₹3,500 applies if the certificate is misplaced).

2. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our concierge team via WhatsApp (+91 98765 43210) or email (concierge@jewelsculture.com) with your Order ID.
2. Our team will arrange a complimentary, fully insured pickup via our armored logistics partner (Sequel / BVC / BlueDart).
3. Place your jewellery and certificate inside the tamper-evident security bag provided by the courier agent.
4. Upon arrival at our gemological atelier, our master jewelers will inspect the stone and hallmarks within 48 business hours.
5. Your refund is processed immediately to your original payment method (Razorpay / Payoneer / Bank Transfer).

3. Complimentary Ring Resizing & Exchanges

We offer one complimentary ring resizing within 30 days of purchase. If you require a different metal color (e.g. Yellow Gold to Rose Gold) or stone shape, we facilitate an exchange against store credit or differential payment.

4. Lifetime Buyback & Upgrade Policy

Fine jewellery should be an investment of a lifetime. Jewels Culture is proud to offer transparent lifetime buyback and trade-in privileges:

• Lifetime Exchange: Receive 100% of current gold market rate + 90% of diamond invoice value towards any new creation.
• Lifetime Cash Buyback: Receive 100% of current gold market rate + 80% of diamond invoice value refunded directly to your bank account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom laser-engraved rings, bespoke CAD custom orders engineered to client-supplied specifications, and heavily altered pieces are non-refundable, but remain eligible for lifetime buyback.
