• Blue Dart Express (Apex Secure): Express insured air freight reaching Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in 24–48 hours.
• DHL Express / FedEx International: Insured overseas shipments with export customs clearance.

3. Delivery Timelines

Our pieces are either in stock ready-to-ship or custom-handcrafted by our master artisans:

• Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days.
• Made-to-Order & Custom Ring Sizes: Handcrafted and hallmarked within 7 to 10 business days. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days thereafter.
• International Shipments: Delivered within 5 to 9 business days subject to destination customs clearance.

4. Tamper-Proof Security Packaging

Your piece arrives in a discreet outer carton to deter interception, containing:

• The signature Jewels Culture luxury velvet gift box and illumination travel pouch.
• The original physical IGI / GLI Gemological Diamond Certificate.
• The official GST tax invoice and warranty booklet.
• A serialized tamper-evident security seal. If this seal is broken or compromised, please refuse acceptance and contact us immediately.
